Announcing Project Digicomm

September 11, 2025

The below message was sent to faculty, staff, and students on September 11, 2025.

Dear students, faculty, and staff:

I am pleased to announce today’s launch of our new Digital Communications Ecosystem Redevelopment project, called "Project Digicomm" in shorthand. The project is designed to shape the way we share information, access resources, and communicate online as a community. Through this work, everyone can participate in developing our campus’s digital communications spaces.

A project team consisting of leadership from the Office of Communications and Marketing (OCM) and Library and Information Technology Services (LITS) will guide the overall process, along with a project committee representing Student Success, Career & Civic Engagement, Admissions, Educational and Scholarly Technology, and other offices. Thank you to those willing to serve in this way, which will ensure this project has a wide variety of inputs.

After careful consideration and review, we have selected , a full-service consulting firm specializing in change management, governance, and digital transformation, to partner with ÀÏÍõÂÛ̳ on this project. Their substantial experience and campus engagement approach will serve us well as we partner on hosting community focus groups and a survey, and develop a roadmap for the future of our college website and other digital ways we share information. My team and LITS are partnering closely to ensure alignment with other current projects and with our shared vision for the future of digital communications at ÀÏÍõÂÛ̳.

Would you like to share your insights about the current college website?

Participate in a Focus Group

There are a limited number of spots available in each focus group session. However, if you're unable to attend for any reason, we also have a community survey available on the Project Digicomm website. Data from both feedback opportunities will be used to inform the next steps of this work. If you have any questions, please email the project lead, Amanda Coltri, at acoltri1@brynmawr.edu.

Thank you,

Samara A. Sit
